"I'm going to make it through this year, if it kills me."
Upon the advice of some friends down in San Diego, I went to see the Mountain Goats show in Seattle last Sunday. Pretty fun. I'm now in the process of trying to find cheap CDs of their other albums. The title of this post is a lyric from "This Year".
I have a new CD on the way from Cafepress. "Paddy Rock Radio Volume 1" which will hopefully get me enough ideas for new music, until the next Shite'N'Onions compilation album comes out.
Trash haulers are showing up on Monday morning, my new pool table shows up in the afternoon. Ah. Thursday night is Visqueen at Neumo's. Friday through Sunday is Columbus OH, in which time my friends will be coming over to play pool.
Tuesday, July 5th is the start of swing/ballroom dance classes through the experimental college at UW. I've always wanted to go, but the girls I've dated have expressed disinterest...I'm shooting solo, hopefully it turns out well. I need shoes though...hrm.
